Pros: The food was amazing with generous portions. I especially recommend the rack of smoked baby back ribs! Ambiance was great and the music was not too loud. Cons: I think it was our server's first day, as she really didn't know what they offered and had to constantly check with someone else, plus we had to remind her several times of what we'd ordered. We ordered three plates of full rack ribs but they only had 1 1/2 racks available... at 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't totally their fault. They explained that someone had just ordered 7 racks, so we each settled for a half rack ribs and a side of pulled pork. Still, it was disappointing. Overall though, we had a good time and as I said, the food was delicious. I will probably go back, hoping to be able to get a full rack of ribs... they are that good.

Ah, gotta do my semi-annual update. All pretty much the same comments. Really very good BBQ, especially the chicken. Sides are very good, especially the potato salad and the beans. Seafood and Mexican options are limited, but pretty solid. No homerun there as is the case with the BBQ items. Do not take that as a bad review; I'm just saying the seafood/Mexican food options are not a 5-Star (as is the BBQ). Salads are very good; not a homerun. Drinks are solid, beer is cold, BT's and servers are always friendly. Service is very fast as a general statement, but can be a bit slow if the place is busy. High end of mid-range as to pricing, which makes sense relative to the very good to excellent quality. Consider purchasing the "Synergy" cards at Costco which are typically offered at $70 for $100 in cards. Excellent idea and most of us who go here often load up on these. Makes sense. In total ? Excellent BBQ place. Really quite a good choice.

The grilled chicken salad was delicious but they forgot the egg we added and were charged for. Country fried chicken platter is always delicious and hits the spot every time. The service was good and food was ready by the time we picked it up. This restaurant's adversity it always a good time w live music and darts sports and a claw machine for the kids to keep them busy.

We are fans of Dillon's to go for dinner. Consistent, quality cuisine. My husband loves the giant beef ribs. I love the generous side salads and honey mustard dressing.

We had stopped inand shared a few appetizers. The pulled pork sliders had lots of meat and nicely toasted buns. The meat had a nice smoky flavor but was a bit dry. The BBQ has a nice sweet, smoky flavor with a bit of heat at the end. The wings were crispy and not dry. The sauce was delicious and had a nice sweet, smoky taste with just the right amount of heat. Onion rings were nicely battered, fried to crispy perfection without over cooking the onion. Drinks were good and service was friendly and welcoming.

Excellent BBQ take out. Will come back for music in April and give more of a review. Ordered the baby back ribs and Cole slaw for take out. Coming back Friday for Sole Groove!

Kansas City Style Barbecue was invented in Missouri in 1908 by Henry Perry, known for slow roasted meats and thick sweet barbecue sauce. Dillon's KC BBQ is a great example of delicious KC-style barbecue with that smokey hickory flavor. We enjoyed the brisket and the pulled pork they have great salad and sides and service with a smile.

UNBELIEVABLE! Honestly - I'm not a huge barbecue fan, so this place blew me away. The country fried steak, brisket sandwich with the sweet heat sauce, onion rings, mac n cheese, and potato salad are all to die for. We get it togo through door dash and they package everything up very well. Everything shows up nice and hot and never leaks. This place may have just become our favorite door dash option. My head is screaming "NO - you're supposed to be eating better", but my heart is saying "F it- it's worth it"!

Dillons This is the second of the restaurants I've been to and it is fabulous, but it is also located at one of my top three favorite zoos. Love the centerpiece fish tank.Love the food. Some of the best barbecue I have eaten in a very long time and the beans are my favorite. Gerry, Linda, Joy and Calin, you all made this place so fun, love the energy. I WOULD RECOMMEND
